Casa Phil is a contemporary style luxury vacation rental in the resort town of Las Terrenas on the Samana Peninsula. Perched atop the exclusive Loma Bonita in Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic, the family-friendly villa comfortably sleeps ten. The three-story villa has an open plan allowing for cool ocean breezes and breathtaking seaside views. All our four bedrooms feature air conditioning, private bathrooms, wide closets and well-appointed furnishings that mix antique with modern for a selective and stylized feel.

The Master Bedroom is located on the 2nd floor. This is the gem of the house and features his and her sinks and shower; a gigantic closet; private access to a porch and a lavish king size bed. The Second Master Bedroom is located on the 1st floor, the Second Master bedroom, boasts a stone shower, fireplace and a beautiful metal forged bed coupled with a bunk bed to accommodate either romantic couples or adults and children together. The guest’s bedroom is located on the second floor with jaw dropping view of the sea and a private access to the terrace. It can flexibly accommodate a couple either in a king size bed or 2 single beds. The Children Bedroom is located on the second floor, the “children clubhouse” has a dorm-like feel, with trendy bunks and a king size bed that can also comfortably accommodate couples with or without kids.

The Living Room is located on the 1st floor, the open floor plan allows for cool ocean breezes and beautiful seaside views. Versatile shutters let guests open or close the house to the elements, creating a Robinson Crusoe-esque experience, with a dash of luxury. Perfect for lounging after a long day in the sun! The ground floor outdoor terrace is one of the main features of Casa Phil. With a Balinese style infinity pool, adjacent hot jacuzzi, bar and pool table it is the natural social gathering place of the house. Enjoying the requisite 5pm cocktail on the wrap around the pool, listening to the waves crash at the nearby beaches.

Casa Phil offers prime location, it is just few minutes from Las Ballenas Beach and up to 2 hours 30 minutes’ drive from Santo Domingo Airport. The villa is fully staffed and guests will be provided with daily cleaning and cooking services. Your every need will be taken care of, ensuring a truly stress-free vacation.
