A Caribbean get-away in the Turks and Caicos Islands, known to have some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Spend a week in this newly constructed 4-bedroom, 4 bathroom villa on the turquoise waters of the island of Providenciales. Situated in the private neighborhood of Silly Creek, the property includes a pool, small private beach, outdoor hot tub, fire pit and 1,300 square feet of covered patios including outdoor dining space, all facing the water. Those who wish to avoid the mid-day sun can enjoy a movie in the theater room, some board games on the upstairs lanai or a book or nap in a variety of inviting shaded areas.

The two master bedroom suites offer king sized beds, walk in closets and en-suite bathrooms (separate shower and soaking tub). Each of the bedrooms features large sliding glass doors that open to the outdoor patios, one upstairs and one ground level, providing a beautiful view of the turquoise waters. A third bedroom also features a king sized bed and sliding doors that open up to a patio facing Silly Creek. The fourth bedroom on the front of the house, second floor, faces the ocean and includes two extra-long twin beds that can convert to a comfortable king configuration.

There are multiple areas on the beach, by the pool or elsewhere on the property to relax and take in the sun or shade, or you can take the cooler and portable beach chairs to the beautiful beach at nearby Sapodilla Bay. The more adventurous can take the two-person kayaks or the paddleboards for a trip up Silly Creek. After dark, spend some time relaxing in the hot tub or by the fire pit.

The theater room includes a 60” Smart TV. Enjoy one of the DVDs provided or one of your own, access to your Netflix account or some time on the Wii. There are additional Smart TVs in each bedroom and in the living room/kitchen area. Sunset Close also offers wireless internet access, cable television and Bluetooth speakers to enjoy your own music throughout the house and outdoors, including the showerhead Bluetooth speakers. Providenciales is known for its restaurants, but those who wish to stay closer to home can take advantage of the fully stocked kitchen, including wine refrigerator, waffle iron, juicer. blender, food processer, coffee grinder with French press coffee makers or Nespresso machine and vials, and much more

The property is managed by a local manager who will meet you at the airport to show you the way and acclimate you to the home. The manager can also arrange to hire a chef should you wish to leave the cooking to someone else. Enjoy your stay!
