This 8,000 square foot luxury villa with gated entry offering peace and privacy for a relaxing vacation. This beachfront 7-bedroom villa is located on beautiful Sapodilla Bay. As you step from the courtyard into the villa, you’ll be in a spacious living room overlooking the sparkling water of Sapodilla Bay. Slide the glass doors open to the covered terrace lounge with its cushioned seats and cool breezes. A waterfront gazebo with reclining loungers provides a view to the horizon.

Your private pool has a gated footpath that opens onto the white sands of Sapodilla Bay Beach. This shallow cove is always warm, calm, and clear. Grab one of the villa’s kayaks or paddle boards and glide out onto the water. La Koubba has six bedrooms in the main house with two on the ground floor and four on the second floor. Five of the bedrooms have king size beds, one bedroom has two twin beds, and all the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Air-conditioning is available throughout.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a private chef is available on request to create gourmet dinners for your group. The villa also provides amenities for al fresco dining with its outdoor dining table, lounge seating, gas BBQ grill, and food prep area. The villa’s entertainment and workspace amenities include televisions in most rooms, fast Wi-Fi, a pre-paid cell phone for local calls, a laptop desk and work area, and CD and DVD players.

The villa property also has a guest cottage with a private entrance from the courtyard. This accommodation includes a king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom, lounge, kitchenette, and covered patio. The guest cottage is not rented to a separate party while the main villa is occupied. La Koubba may be rented as a 6-bedroom main villa, or as a 7-bedroom property including the guest cottage, with rates adjusted accordingly. Just a 3-minute walk from your villa is Chalk Sound, an inland lagoon with magnificent chalky blue water. This area of scenic beauty is one of the few National Parks in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Las Brisas restaurant, which overlooks the Sound, is just two minutes further up the road.
