Villa Nevaeh is a fully staffed, luxury vacation rental, situated beachfront on Long Bay, Anguilla. Villa Nevaeh is heaven spelled backwards and it certainly lives up to its name, it really is complete paradise. The villa is so spectacular and right in the middle of the island’s popular West End. The villa is located on 1.35 acres of landscaped gardens that leads down to the pristine beach. As you enter Nevaeh, you are presented with the most gorgeous Balinese temple doors that open onto the beautiful garden and Japanese courtyard - simply the perfect place to unwind and relax while on vacation. The property features a beautifully appointed main house and an independent guest house, with the main residence undergoing a complete, high-end refurbishment in 2025

The fully equipped kitchen adjoins the main lounge and contains large sub-zero fridge/freezer integrated into the décor. Nevaeh includes their very own chef in the Heavenly rate. Villa Nevaeh has a gorgeous terrace with a heated infinity pool that is color coordinated with the sea and cascades into a lower diving pool and grotto. A 12-person hot tub adjoins the pool and steps away a secluded half mile stretch of pristine beach awaits with an array of water sports on offer,

The villa offers plenty of shared and private living spaces. All the rooms are furnished with luxurious finishes. The entertainment and activity spaces are fantastic including a lighted tennis and basketball court, golf simulator with golf clubs, well equipped gym ( including aTechno Gym treadmill and 2 Peloton bikes), table tennis, beach volleyball, Xbox game console and media room with comfy sectional couch and foosball table. There is so much to do at Nevaeh making it a great villa for families and large groups.

The villa has 9 bedrooms altogether with five bedrooms located in the Main House, three bedrooms within a Guest House nestled among the flowers and foliage, and one located between the Main House and Guest House. The Master suite on the first floor features a heated plunge pool and large indoor/outdoor bathroom, It is suitable for those with impaired mobility with convenient access to the beach, pool and great room. The second floor of the main house is where two additional Master Suites are located and they are separated by a pergola shaded cocktail deck that makes the most of the stunning ocean views. Two guest bedrooms on the first floor complete the main house accommodations. The free-standing cedar wood cabana bedroom is positioned between the Main House and Guest House. An intimate, private accommodation with cedar-paneling throughout, the cabana features a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and single vanity. In the Guest House there is one additional Master suite on the second floor with ocean views and two guest bedrooms downstairs that feature two queen beds each and share access to a full bathroom and a separate half bath. All the bedrooms at Nevaeh offer an elegant decor and oversized bathrooms. Some of the bathrooms feature pedestal tubs and outdoor showers and each provides a private terrace.

Nevaeh is complete Heaven for golfers as the villa offers a golf simulator that allows guests to play the world’s most challenging courses. Designed to keep both adults and children entertained, the villa offer an array of activities, including water-sports equipment such as SUPs, and snorkel gear, subject to sea conditions and tides. Two six-seater golf carts are also included, making it effortless to head out to nearby bars, restaurants, and shops and explore the surrounding area.

At many times of the year Nevaeh can be rented at a reduced rate with 5 or more bedrooms. Guests can choose from the CLASSIC or HEAVENLY package (Heavenly package only for 8 or 9 bedroom bookings.)
