Villa Islander spans over 6,000 sq ft of living space and it was designed to maximize transparency while affording a high degree of privacy. The layout consists of a Main building containing two bedrooms and one large open-plan living, dining and kitchen with 14’ high ceilings facing the pool on one side and an alfresco dining built over a reflecting pool on the other and a separate Garden wing few feet away, accommodating two more bedrooms suites with their wrap-around decks. Surrounded by lush gardens abundant with palm trees and native plants, the living spaces are arranged around a sparkling mosaic clad swimming pool.

Sheer comfort and privacy characterize the four minimalist bedrooms suites. All feature king-sized beds, Air-con, 43" Smart TV, large area rugs, linen and blackout curtains in addition to a variety of mood lighting. The en-suite bathrooms are spacious and all come fitted with free standing bath tubs, rain shower cabins, large wardrobes and personal safes. Mini bars are provided in the Garden Bedrooms World renowned Grace Bay Beach can be reached with a short walk along a sand pathway.

The powdery sands and crystal clear waters can be enjoyed with the comfort of private beach lounges and umbrellas, set up daily by the Villa staff for the exclusive use of the guests. The popular ‘Coral Garden’, a protected snorkeling area with colorful marine life and part of the Princess Alexandra National Park lies few feet from shore. Villa Islander is located a mere block from the beach (200 yd) in the central part of the 12 mile long Grace Bay and it enjoys the proximity to nearby dining venues, like ‘Somewhere’, a popular beach front Bar & Grill, the Gansevoort Turks and Caicos Resort, West Bay Club and Beach House which are all within short walk along the beach. For more shopping options 5 min by car takes you to the Salt Mills Plaza and surrounding streets in Grace Bay with boutiques, galleries, restaurants and a very well stocked supermarket. The 18-holes Provo Golf Club, ranked among the best in the Caribbean is open to visiting players and is 10 min. drive from the villa. The International Airport (PLS) is 8 km. away.

The many other beautiful beaches of the Island can be reached with short car trips. The Villa’s ocean-view roof deck is cooled by the South-easterly trade winds and shaded by a wood lattice of wood battens. Here a sectional sofa provides ample space to lounge with a group of friends while enjoying direct views of Grace Bay’s turquoise waters.
