The villa boasts an open concept kitchen and living room area, perfect for entertaining while also allowing guests to truly appreciate the best of the Turks and Caicos, with incredible ocean views of the island’s Caicos Banks. The renovation, just completed shows the modern and wonderful design, ready for anyone who wants to vacation.

The villa has one master suite with a king bed and ocean views, while bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 enjoy tropical garden views and private walk-out decks. Sandy Shore’ exterior pool deck offers guests ample lounge space and furnishings, and a shallow lounge pool, perfect for guests of all ages. From the pool deck, follow the villa’s own local stone rock pathway directly to the beach lounge. While no beaches in the Turks and Caicos are private, Sandy Shore’ is about as private as it gets with only a few other homes sharing the same beach and next to no foot traffic. The ocean entry is sandy and shallow. The bay where the villa is located protects the villa and waterfront year-round from big waves and heavy winds. Within the bay, depths do not exceed 5′, so the Cays (islands) seen from the beach, can be walked out to with ease.

Guests of Sandy Shore enjoy an on-call management team ready to assist with any concierge requests, such as booking excursions or your own private massage or yoga session at the villa. Amenities include beach kayaks, high-speed WIFI throughout, a large 5 burner gas grill, laundry facilities, a fully air-conditioned interior, and a midweek cleaning service.
