The villa is one of the four houses which form the Pearls estate on Long Bay. Pear East and West are identical villas and could be rented as private properties or combined for larger companies. Long Bay is renowned for its gentle, refreshing trade winds, making it one of the best spots in the Caribbean for paddleboarding, kayaking, kite-boarding, or simply strolling at sunset while children build sandcastles nearby.

Pearl East blends soaring vaulted ceilings and open, breezy interiors with landscaped decks, lagoons, and two shimmering swimming pools, a children’s wading pool, and a hot tub. Inside, eight exquisite bedroom suites host up to 20 guests in supreme comfort. Included with every stay is dedicated villa staff, including butler service (8am–9pm), chef service for three daily meals (food at additional cost), daily housekeeping (8am–4pm), two round-trip airport transfers per villa, welcome drinks and snacks, and overnight security (9pm–6am).
