Emerald Pavilion Luxury Vacation Rental Villa is a luxury 5 bedroom vacation rental in the Turks and Caicos on Grace Bay with all of the trimmings of a luxury resort including the staff which is incredibly adapted to being seen and then disappearing if not needed. The house sits on the beach and overlooks the most beautiful beach in the Turks & Caicos by far. There are amazing views from the upper deck as well once you are outside you can over the ocean and the beaches, enjoying the wonderful sunsets and morning sunrise at your leisure.

Outside you will find that the house is more like a mini-resort, with the absolute most luxurious of furnishings. The loungers line the pool with more than enough for 10-12 guests to lounge and enjoy the pool area all while the staff can bring your drinks and snacks right to the pool for your enjoyment. The outdoor dining and seating is great for summer cookouts and the staff and manager can plan for a wonderful beach bbq as well as some amazing local fire dancers if you would like something special. The large pool is perfect for laps and enjoying cooling off during a long hot day and perfect for parents who want their little ones to have a pool where they can jump and swim and relax by the poolside as you enjoy sunbathing. Indoors the house is lined with glass, from the glass doors to the windows and raining on the staircase as well upstairs bedrooms enjoy glass lined railings. This is what brings light into the living spaces and bedrooms, taking away any barriers leaves the rooms feeling flushed with sunshine and warmth. Each space allows you to live within the beauty of the ocean's turquoise waters which is why millions journey to the island each year. The living and dining spaces are connected to the outdoor living spaces giving easy access for those wanting to head in for a quick bite, water or just to get out of the heat for a while. In bringing the outdoors in we have transformed beach living into a Luxury Beach Escape.

The 5 bedrooms are truly inspired by family and function as well as draped in luxury. Downstairs you'll find 2 suites, One with King Suite and one with a King bunk suite with 2 twins and one King great for families. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms, 2 Master Suites on either side of the home, East & West Masters which are larger than the other suites. These have amazing balcony views, wonderful tubs for soaking and outdoor shower. The upstairs suites are like an Oasis taking you away for that perfect vacation.

The home has within it all of the luxuries you would expect including Wi-Fi, a Media Room, A Gym for those who love their morning workouts and a full staff that will be there to cater to your needs day and night. The absolute best of everything your heart desires. All you will need is some suntan lotion and some time to enjoy the beauty of our fantastic island.

A stand-alone well-equipped gym building boasts Peloton bike, Stair Master, treadmill including an array of functional fitness equipment and free, and an on-site staff cottage frame the gated entrance and parking courtyard with covered pergolas. A 30’ dock is conveniently situated on the canal across from the property.
