The main villa features a spacious open-concept Great Room that seamlessly combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The Great Room flows effortlessly onto the outdoor pool deck, creating a vibrant and social atmosphere ideal for entertaining. Inside, contemporary furnishings, a flat-screen LED television, and surround sound speakers provide the perfect setting for relaxation. Big Chill offers six bedrooms, separated between the main house and a guest cottage with living area and small kitchenette. The master suite occupies a prime position on the second floor, complete with direct access to the upper deck balcony. It offers a plush king-size bed, flat-screen LED TV, ceiling-mounted surround speakers, a work desk, and a makeup vanity. The master ensuite bathroom includes a double vanity, a large soaking tub, and an indoor rain shower. The additional guest bedrooms in the main house and the two bedrooms in the guest house are all generously sized and feature either king-size or twin beds, each with large ensuite bathrooms and private balconies overlooking the gardens.

Outside a spacious pool deck is furnished with comfortable sun chairs, shaded daybeds, and al-fresco dining areas. A poolside fire pit lounge invites evening gatherings under the stars, while the outdoor kitchen and wet bar with a 42” gas barbecue set the stage for unforgettable feasts. For sports enthusiasts, a mini turf soccer pitch runs parallel to the pool, complete with goals for friendly matches. Big Chill Villa’s private dock along the canal is ideal for water sports and exploration. Guests can take advantage of complimentary paddleboards and kayaks to navigate the serene waters at their leisure. The villa’s concierge and management team are on hand to assist with bookings, excursions, and any special requests to enhance your stay.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and the air conditioning is metered at the property to encourage mindful usage while maintaining comfort. Upon check-in, the villa manager will explain the A/C meter and the usage allowance of $400 per week, with any excess charged at the raw cost per kilowatt hour. Big Chill Villa includes daily housekeeping and is supported by a dedicated private concierge through Dream Exotic Rentals, ensuring every detail of your vacation is perfectly curated—from pre-arrival planning to in-villa services and local experiences.
