This attractive single story residence with individual guest house is approached via a circular driveway, and immediately guests are welcomed by the emerald green hues of the well-tended grounds. Fragrant flowering shrubs, native plants and palms are visible at every turn. Inside, fresh white décor, accents of Caribbean color and elegant dark wood furnishings combine with spacious open plan living and innovative design to lend a clean, contemporary feel to the interior.

Moving outdoors to the expansive terrace with shaded pergola, Below Deck’s direct ocean access and private 115-foot dock enables nautical adventures to blend effortlessly with relaxation. A stunning circular poolside lounge, complete with firepit, becomes a natural focal point for guests to mingle and gather as dusk falls. This wonderful property is stunning from the moment you walk in, with the glass windows letting in the warmth from the sun and the beautiful gardens and pool area that are perfect for long days of swimming and entertaining. The house is setup to be inviting and warm, to offer guests the ability to see the beach or take a boat out for a day, everything is very close by.

The rooms are all designer decorated and feature 2 King Suites, both en-suite and 2 Queen Suites sharing one lovely bathroom. There is also the guest cottage that features one Queen Suite with en-suite bathroom. The house in total has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and can easily sleep 10 guests comfortably. The living area is setup for families to enjoy with Flat Screen television and lots of seating area, play your own media or watch our local channels and cable. The house is setup with WIFI and you can easily work from here and enjoy your time without the worry of missing that important email. The house is really made to be enjoyed and each element is designed for the traveler in mind.

The outdoor pool is setup with plenty of loungers, lots of great space and will be a place your family enjoys time together. From there the firepit can be accessed where you can enjoy some smores and just feeling the warmth of the fire on a cool night. The breezes from the ocean are really a special part of living on the water, where you can hear the waves coming in and out during the day and nighttime hours.
