Located just 6 minutes' drive from the heart of famed Grace Bay, Villa Sundra sits on one acre of prime real estate, directly on the Leeward Canal and a short walk across from Grace Bay Beach access.

The estate has a large private pool, al-fresco sitting and dining areas, a large kitchen in a separate Pavilion, an open-air barbecue on the pool deck, a volleyball pit, mini soccer, water views and access to the ocean. Indoor/Outdoor SONUS surround sound, complimentary WiFi, SMART televisions, local cell phone, upper and lower deck seating, and plush loungers make for great evenings under the stars.

There is an array of watersports equipment and bicycles for your use. Since Mangrove Cay is accessible just across the street, kayaks or paddleboards are a great way to explore the flora and fauna this national heritage provides. See the wildlife of egrets, pelicans, cranes, herons, sea turtles, stingrays and more or bask in the shallow waters off the cay. Should you want to explore, walk to the left, all 7 miles of Grace Bay beach is all yours to enjoy

Villa Sundra welcomes singles, family gatherings, girls getaways, boys trip, bachelorettes, retreats, and more. Here everyone who wants a good time is welcome. The Estate can be rented as below:

Main House only (5 Bedrooms - 4 Kings, 2 Bunk Beds) - rates are reflective of this except during Christmas and New year where the rate includes all 7 Bedrooms. Once you increase over 10 persons the rate will begin to increase. 10 person max, double occupancy including kids. Guest Pavilion will be locked off.

Guest Pavilion (2 King Bedrooms) sleeps 4 max, double occupancy. If the Main house only is rented, the guest pavilion will be locked off.

A stay at the estate affords guests exclusive access to a semi-private beach on the warm, clear waters of the Atlantic as well as direct access to the canal for boating, fishing, or sailing away in the Caribbean sunset. Explore the island on land and sea by renting a scooter or going snorkeling or scuba diving. Thrill-seekers can book a fishing or kite surfing expedition—or just a tee time or Tennis with our Pro at the Provo golf course.

RATES - rate listed is for the Main House for up to ten persons. When you increase the number of persons under the availability request, the new rate will be generated.
