Three of our comfortable king bedrooms, all with en-suites, are located in the main L shaped villa with the 4th king bed in a fully self-contained private guest house steps from the pool. The living areas are open-plan and inviting, with large windows that provide natural light and private balconies that feature stunning views of the surrounding landscape. This outstanding property is located in Leeward, a short 5 minute walk from Grace Bay Beach and its crystal-clear waters.

The outdoor space features an expansive deck with loungers, perfect for soaking up the sun . Love to do laps, play games in the water? We have you covered with our 38’ long lap pool! There is also a shallow splash pad area that is perfect for all ages to play and have fun. Have your meals al fresco at the oversized dining table in the outdoor screened dining room. Enjoy the screened in lounge area too, a comfortable space to unwind and relax in the evening with family & friends after a day of adventure.
