When air conditioning is in use, bedroom doors and louvered windows must remain fully closed for the systems to operate effectively.

Six bedrooms are arranged between the main residence and a separate two-bedroom guest house, providing plenty of flexibility and privacy for families and groups travelling together. The primary suite features a private sitting area, spacious ensuite bathroom and wrap-around balcony overlooking the ocean.
