Villa Blue Lagoon is a beautiful five-bedroom, luxury beachfront property set on 3 levels overlooking Long Bay Beach. The villa is elegantly furnished, and the layout combines indoor / outdoor living with all rooms and common spaces accessible by the open-air interior staircases. Each room is unique and has an element of true minimalist styling. You have a sense that you are entering a 5 star resort with exquisite bedding and luxurious amenities, like a flat screen television in your rooms, amazing views and posh bathrooms with plush towels and high line toiletries. Bedrooms are air-conditioned, featuing luxury ensuite bathroom and plush, king size bedding. The villa accommodates up to 10 guests which makes it perfect for bigger companies and extended family trips.

The Villa Kitchen is perfect for families who love to cook, but for those who don't want to cook we have an amazing chef who is available for hire. With any culinary dish there is always the anticipation to try new things and that's what hiring a special chef for a day or a week really brings you. The kitchen is setup perfectly for large or small gatherings. You can also enjoy the open concept for families who enjoy cooking together. This really does add to the beauty of any vacation, those who eat and cook together, always end up with memories that last a lifetime.

Outside you'll find a wonderful pool area with great loungers and seating for the entire group. What is wonderful about this pool area is that it rises above the ocean, on the second floor, so that you get maximum views of the beautiful ocean. Just downstairs you'll find you are almost on the sand, really how much closer can one get, we don't know. This house really gives you the balance of indoor and outdoor spaces meeting to create a heavenly place to enjoy for your once in a lifetime vacation in the Turks & Caicos. The villa is situated on Long Bay Beach, named one of the top 10 best island beaches in the world by Conde Nast Traveller. The beach is the perfect location to relax; for the more energetic, water sports such as kiteboarding, kayaking and sailing are on offer. The location adjacent to the Shore Club Resort allows for easy access to a wonderful selection of restaurants, bars, and spa facilities.

Guests at Villa Blue Lagoon are spoilt for choice. As if Long Bay beach was not enough, the world-renowned Grace Bay is less than two miles away, with an array of luxury fine dining restaurants, bars and shops to tempt the most demanding visitor. If retail therapy doesn’t appeal, and golf is your bag, the Providenciales course is a short, 2.5 mile drive away, or you may be tempted by the Blue Haven yacht marina, slightly further (4 miles) along the coast.

UTILITIES

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed. The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $75.00/day (seventy-five US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
