Steps lead directly to the ocean, with lush natural surroundings right on the property’s doorstep and in all directions. The 5th bedroom is an adjoining master-suite studio with its own dedicated facilities; a swimming pool and an outside lounging and dining area facing the ocean. Villa Aqua can accommodate up to 10 people.

Guests will find a variety of indoor and outdoor dining areas, a complete kitchen, a gorgeous infinity swimming pool and a host of areas to relax and unwind. As with the entire Ocean Dream estate, the emphasis with Villa Aqua is all about luxury, location and looks. Occupying an unbelievably beautiful plot, almost on the water’s edge, the property has been carefully designed to connect to the natural environment on which it sits.

Prime ocean front setting with astonishing views with warm shallow ocean is only steps from your private deck. The villa has 5 bedrooms & 4.5 bathrooms. The main floor bathroom has an outdoor shower and bath, on the first floor both en suites all walk-in shower rooms. Villa Aqua also features a 3,000 square feet of covered living space. Outdoors you have 1,540 square feet ocean front terrace, with a further 660 square feet sheltered seating to the rear. All ceramic floor with and local stone detail, providing shaded dining and seating areas and a chef grill.

There is a 17 feet by 22 feet infinity swimming pool overlooking the ocean with sun lounging area. Outdoor sleek, modern, custom-designed kitchen with walk-up island and indoor and outdoor dining and living areas.
