The villa's open-plan layout revolves around an expansive great room with soaring ceilings, a modern chef’s kitchen, and a relaxed living area that spills onto the outdoor terrace. Massive sliding glass doors invite natural light and tropical breezes, while the elegant décor, featuring pale stone flooring, natural wood accents, and island-inspired art sets a soothing tone throughout. Sundance offers six well-appointed bedrooms. The main house hosts three bedrooms across two floors, with two more independent king size suites beyond the shallow pool, and a generous canal-view master suite situated in an independent building, with a private terrace and spacious indoor-outdoor bathroom.

At the heart of the outdoor space is a large swimming pool surrounded by palm trees and cushioned loungers. Guests can relax in the shaded alfresco lounge, enjoy meals in the outdoor dining area, or take a soak under the stars in the poolside hot tub. Beyond the pool deck a private dock enables guests to paddle out on kayaks and SUPs, be picked up for boat charters, or launch jet skis directly from the property. The garden is beautifully landscaped for both privacy and tropical flair enhancing the villa’s serene ambiance.

Additional amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, a BBQ grill, washer and dryer, daily housekeeping and butler services. Guests of Sundance Villa will be looked after by a dedicated private concierge, available to assist with everything from airport transfers to island excursions. For an elevated experience, a private chef can also be arranged at an additional cost—perfect for curated dinners, beachfront breakfasts, or poolside barbecues. The villa also provides easy access to Leeward Marina for boating excursions, and it’s only a few minutes’ drive to Grace Bay’s vibrant dining and shopping scene.
