The estate comprises a grand main house and a newly built guest house, collectively offering eight bedrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. Shambhala can be rented as a full eight-bedroom estate or configured separately as a five-bedroom beachfront villa and a three-bedroom beach-view villa. When rented separately, both groups enjoy complete privacy—including separate beach areas—with the only shared amenity being the tennis courts. The main house, spanning 7,300 square feet, showcases timeless Barbadian architecture, featuring intimate pockets of privacy seamlessly connected by elegant open-air Tuscan galleries. The heart of the home is the magnificent great room with vintage furnishings and arched French doors. The formal dining area, with seating for ten, frames sweeping ocean vistas, while a cozy media nook offers plush loveseats and a curated collection of entertainment. The chef’s kitchen is a dream come true, equipped with high-end appliances, granite countertops, tumbled marble backsplashes, and custom Guatambu hardwood cabinetry sourced from Argentina.

The guest house, newly added and spanning 4,000 square feet, features three elegant king bedrooms on the upper floor, each offering sea views across the tropical gardens. An expansive open-plan kitchen and living area flows onto an outdoor balcony lounge, complete with an infinity-edge plunge pool for soaking up the sun and the views. The lower level is designed for relaxation and fun, boasting a stylish bar and games room with a pool table, table hockey, golf simulator, and a fully equipped gym. Additional amenities across the estate include a floodlit tennis court, a scenic viewing pavilion, and an outdoor squash court.

UTILITIES

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed. The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $75.00/day (seventy-five US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
