The adjacent dining area seats six comfortably, while the spacious living room provides a welcoming space to unwind with a large sectional sofa, a 55-inch smart TV, and a Sonos sound system. A half bathroom and a washer/dryer combo offer added practicality for longer stays.

All three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master suite features a king-size bed, a 42-inch wall-mounted smart TV, generous closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower and a modern vanity with a smart mirror. The other two bedrooms come with king size bed and bunk bed, suitable for children.

One of the villa’s standout features is its private outdoor deck—an inviting space designed for relaxation and entertaining.
