The Villa features a spacious open plan kitchen dining overlooking pool patio and ocean. The sleek, clean, fully appointed chef’s kitchen including Wolf Range, plenty of room for enjoying time with friends and uniquely designed to be both inviting and inspiring. This modern design is exactly what families cherish when they stay at a private luxury villa, as it means they get to enjoy their home away from home with all of the elements a luxury vacation should have.

The home features more than 7,900 sq. ft. of total area including the uncovered terraces. With such a large footprint it's no surprise that this 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom home also features a bonus media room with extra sleeping capacity. This really does make it an all around "family" villa where you can spread out and really enjoy all the home has to offfer. The rooms are filled with beautiful and contemproary elements, each room really speaks to the unique styling of the owners and their contemporary flair. This owner has a love for beautiful modern art combined with that "beach and ocean" feeling throughout. Dripped with blue ocean colors and deep sands, you really do feel inspired. The rooms are airy and filled with natural light and from the living room throughout most of the main living area you get a direct view of the beautiful turquoise beaches.

The pool has a generous shallow area for family play, and a “Rose” bench for in-water lounging and taking in the views. This is where families love to unwind with their families and enjoy the crashing of the waves and the ocean breezes all whilst sitting around their private pools enjoying the day. Outside you'll find plenty of seating, loungers and a wonderful covered area for just taking in the day and reading a book while enjoying the warmth of the day. And after you've warmed up, take a stroll down a private path to the beach and enjoy a dip into the cool ocean waters. After all, this is Turks & Caicos—and the beaches truly are what people love.

UTILITIES

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed. The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $90.00/day (ninety US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
