Villa Loukoko in St. Barths is a luxury vacation villa, an eye-catching piece of art that is made for living. The modern and convenient home is situated in Lurin, close to town in an amazing and private area, with beautiful views over St. Jean Bay and the airport. With its 4 bedrooms, the villa is the perfect place for a company of friends who wants to explore St. Barths together or family celebrations away from home. The interiors are sleek and luxurious. The design is with clean lines and follows the philosophy that less is more. In many rooms, some walls are made entirely of sliding glass doors, allowing for stunning ocean views and cool island breezes, should you choose to open them up.

The living room and fully equipped kitchen share one gracious and open space. The modern kitchen has more than enough space for meal preparation should you decide to cook some local cuisine. Next to the kitchen is the dining table, offering amazing views towards the pool. The living area is furnished with large white sofas, where you can relax and enjoy a movie night. There is also HDTV and a small desk. There are windows on both sides of this main room, and a skylight overhead, which adds another dimension and creates different ambiances throughout the day. The space opens up onto the terrace, which has an infinity-edge pool and a covered area for lounging and dining. An unusual feature of the terrace is a television hidden in the floor, which can be elevated when you want to watch something or concealed so that you don’t notice it at all.

One of the bedrooms is to the right side of the living room, and the other two are to the left but they do not connect. All have full walls of glass, access to the terrace, ocean views, and ensuite bathrooms with a lot of natural light. The fourth bedroom is situated downstairs. There is a parking is one level down and can be reached via interior or exterior stairs. Along with the outdoor parking area, there is an indoor parking garage, which doubles as a game room, with a ping pong table, table football, and pool table. Rounding out Villa Loukoko is a small garden hideaway up a few stairs from the main level. It has a nice view and is ideal for yoga or meditation.
