This estate delivers a seamless mix of elegance, flexibility and island ease. Villas could be rented together or privately should smaller companies like to book any of the properties. Perched on the hillside above Corossol, you’ll enjoy sweeping views of the sea, the village’s red-roofed homes and yachts gliding into Gustavia harbor. The property is Ideal for groups or families and for everyone who travels with a big company but desires a little extra privacy. Each villa within Saint Louis Estate is completely independent, ensuring privacy and comfort for every guest. Both feature spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchens, and inviting indoor–outdoor spaces ideal for dining and relaxation. Whether guests stay in the main villa or the guest cottage, they will enjoy the freedom of self-contained living paired with the convenience of shared access to the estate’s lush gardens, terraces, and pools.

Bedrooms are separated as follows: one king size bedroom is positioned in Petit Saint Louis and four bedrooms are positioned in Habitation Saint Louis. The estate accommodates up to 10 guests in one king, three queen size bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. Bedrooms are air-conditioned, featuring ensuite bathrooms and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable Caribbean stay.

Both villas enjoy expansive sun-drenched terraces and private pools so guests as well as multiple lounges or dine areas. From the property, a private path leads down through the gardens to Corossol Beach, making it easy to enjoy the sand and sea while returning to the quiet hillside setting.
