The villa offers seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 adults and 4 children. On the main floor, guests will find two spacious ensuite bedrooms positioned side by side, and a third children’s suite with custom-designed bunk beds. The upper level hosts the secluded primary suite, featuring its own private terrace with ocean views, alongside a second guest bedroom sharing the same elevated perspective. Additional guest suites are spread on the lower level the property to ensure privacy for all.

Villa Bord de Mer was designed for effortless island living, enhanced by thoughtful amenities including a professional kitchen ideal for private chef service, a fully equipped gym (with treadmill, stationary bike, and free weights), a dedicated massage room, and a recreation area with a ping pong table and pétanque court. Outdoor highlights include a gas BBQ, sun deck, and lush tropical gardens that lead directly to the beach.
