The Sanctuary is a unique beach property made up of three houses on the private island of Parrot Cay.
Nestled beside a swatch of powder-white sand, The Sanctuary has views of both the island’s lush vegetation
and turquoise sea. Inside and outside blur with large windows that bring the landscape in.

THE SANCTUARY MAIN HOUSE

The Sanctuary Main House is 8.947 sq feet in size, with three bedrooms, each complete with their own en-suite bathroom which include a separate bathtub, shower, his/her sinks, plus outdoor shower and Jacuzzi. The outdoor pool measures 54’ x 21’ and is uniquely located on the first floor of the house.  The house also includes it own media room with projector screen. Cedar panelled walls, teak furniture, walnut floors and limestone bathrooms are part of the high interior finish. Eclectic pieces reflect the owner's world travels, from Bali to Africa.

Bedrooms: Indonesian-inspired platform beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans, 40” satellite televisions with DVD
players in master suites and 26” satellite televisions with DVD players in guest bedrooms, direct dial telephones with voicemail, CD players and umbrellas

Bathrooms: Bathtubs, interior standalone and outdoor showers, make-up mirrors, hairdryers, bathrobes, flip-flops and COMO Shambhala bathroom amenities

Kitchen: Toaster, espresso machine, dishwasher, large refrigerator, stovetop and microwave. Each house also has a small galley-style pantry stocked with refreshments

Living/Dining Areas: Deep-seated sofas and reading areas, fax machines, direct dial telephones,Wi-Fi internet access, air conditioning and iPod docking stations
