Hilltop and overlooking the beauty of Half Moon Bay, Villa Abacus is a recently renovated vacation rental in Jamaica’s exclusive gated community. This beautiful villa was among the first properties built in Spring Farm circa 1970 and till this day holds the charm and Caribbean flair we are all looking for.

Villa Abacus was fully restored in 2023 and it has 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, accommodating up to 8 guests across three spacious ensuite bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a plush king-size bed and opens to a private terrace with garden views. The second bedroom offers flexibility with either a king-size or twin bed configuration, while the third bedroom also boasts a king-size bed. A cozy media room with an 80” TV can double as a fourth bedroom, featuring a queen pull-out sofa ideal for children or extra guests, with additional space for a cot if needed. Each bedroom comes with flat-screen TV, air-conditioning and ceiling fans for maximum guests comfort. Inside, the open-concept living and dining areas are bright and inviting, styled in soothing neutral tones with natural wood and rattan finishes. Vaulted ceilings and expansive windows create an airy ambiance that blends seamlessly with the outdoors. A fully equipped bar with beverage center, wine fridge, and ice machine offers the perfect setup for entertaining.

Outdoors, guests can unwind in the heated swimming pool or the adjacent jacuzzi, surrounded by sun loungers and shaded seating areas. The covered terrace includes a spacious alfresco dining area, a built-in BBQ and firepit, and plush wicker furnishings perfect for afternoon lounging or sunset cocktails.
