The villa is composed of a main house, guest house and bungalows sleeping up to 28 guests. Five bedrooms are located in the main house, three additional suites are in the guest house and two bungalows offer a private bedroom each. All bedrooms are uniquely decorated and feature en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, smart TVs, and walk-in closets. Bathrooms are outfitted with rainfall showers, double vanities, soft towels, and toiletries, ensuring the comfort of a five-star hotel.

The villa is available in three flexible rental configurations to suit different group sizes: as a five-bedroom retreat for up to 12 guests featuring the Main House only; as an eight-bedroom vacation rental for up to 20 guests including the Main House and Guest House; or as a full ten-bedroom estate for up to 28 guests with the Main House, Guest House, and two newly added private bungalows.

Outdoor living is at the heart of the Arrecife 17 experience. The private infinity pool stretches toward the sea and is flanked by plush loungers, a shaded lounge pavilion, and an al fresco dining area ideal for sunset dinners. Lush gardens and manicured lawns create an oasis of calm, just steps from the sand. Inside, the open-plan living spaces are light-filled and inviting. The main living room opens seamlessly onto the pool terrace and ocean view, with decor in calming white and marine blue tones. The villa also includes a cozy media room with a 65-inch smart TV and a second indoor/outdoor lounge and dining area on the upper floor, perfect for casual evenings or late-night games. A formal dining room comfortably seats up to 14 guests and is adjacent to the sleek, fully equipped kitchen.

Your stay at Arrecife 17 includes a full staff to elevate your vacation: a private butler, chef, housekeeper, and a dedicated concierge are at your service daily.
