At the center of the villa, an impressive great room, featuring vaulted wood-beamed ceilings while large potted palms and a collection of contemporary artwork bring personality to the interiors. Generous glass openings draw the gardens into the living space, allowing natural light and greenery to become part of the décor. Much of daily life naturally moves between the great room and the expansive covered terrace. Designed almost as a second living room, this shaded outdoor space incorporates a comfortable lounge at one end and a long dining table at the other. Overlooking the swimming pool and lawn, it provides an inviting setting for everything from leisurely breakfasts to long lunches and relaxed evenings together.

The private pool stretches alongside the terrace, with shaded loungers providing a comfortable place to settle in between swims. Beyond it, mature tropical planting and a generous lawn create a sense of seclusion while providing additional outdoor space for families. The pool is open rather than fenced, so younger children should always be supervised around the water.

Villa Palmerie accommodates up to 10 guests across five air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms, each opening onto its own section of the garden. Two bedrooms feature king beds, two have two queen beds each, and the fifth offers two twin beds. The varied bedding configuration works particularly well for families, couples and groups of friends, while the entirely single-level design means there are no stairs to navigate throughout the home.

A housekeeper and cook are included with the villa, adding another layer of ease to the experience. Meals can be prepared at the property according to guests' preferences, while groceries and beverages are charged separately.

Villa Palmerie's Cajuiles location also makes it easy to explore the wider Casa de Campo experience. Teeth of the Dog, The Links and the Spa are approximately 1.8 miles away, while Minitas Beach Club is around 2.3 miles from the villa. The Marina, Altos de Chavón, golf, tennis, horseback riding, water sports, restaurants and other activities provide plenty of options for days spent beyond the privacy of the villa. Access to Casa de Campo's facilities and amenities requires resort registration. Once registered, guests can enjoy access to the resort's golf courses, restaurants, sports facilities, fitness center, Minitas Beach and other available recreational amenities.
