Designed around days by the pool, Casa Vivero is a single-level luxury vacation villa in Casa de Campo, Dominican Republic. Located in the Vivero I neighborhood, this inviting five-bedroom villa is designed for relaxed Caribbean days spent together. Its entire layout unfolds across one level, with the living spaces and bedrooms arranged around a central pool courtyard.

Indoor and outdoor spaces flow naturally into one another. The double-height great room features expansive glass openings leading directly onto the terrace, creating an airy gathering space that feels connected to the pool throughout the day. Comfortable lounge and dining areas provide plenty of room for the entire group, complemented by a modern, well-equipped kitchen.

Outside, the private swimming pool becomes the focal point of the villa. Loungers and umbrellas invite guests to settle in for leisurely afternoons, while sculpted chairs positioned within the shallow section of the pool offer another place to relax in the water. The adjoining covered terrace functions as an additional open-air living space, with comfortable seating, a generous dining table and a built-in grill and outdoor kitchen area ideal for long lunches and dinners beside the pool. Please note that the swimming pool is not fenced, and young children should therefore be supervised around the water.

Casa Vivero accommodates up to 10 guests across five air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms. Three bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the remaining two each offer two queen beds, creating flexible sleeping arrangements for families, couples and groups traveling together. With every bedroom and the main social spaces located on the same floor, guests can easily move between their private accommodations and the shared pool courtyard.

The villa's location also provides convenient access to the wider Casa de Campo experience. Minitas Beach is approximately 1 km away, while Altos de Chavón, the Marina, renowned golf courses, restaurants, sporting facilities and other resort attractions can all be reached within a relatively short ride. Resort registration is required for access to Casa de Campo amenities and facilities.
