Villa Caralva 172 is a cozy 5-bedroom villa built in 2 levels that offers complete privacy and tranquility. The property is fully air-conditioned and also offers ceiling fans in 3 of the 5 the bedrooms, and on the terrace. When you enter villa, the space welcomes you with a wonderful indoor-outdoor space that includes green garden areas, a wooden walkway, and plenty of natural light. Downstairs, you’ll find the living room with a comfortable sitting area, a separate TV room, the kitchen, indoor dining room, and guest bathroom. The décor of the villa is a mix of neutral and vibrant colors with lots of natural elements that create a relaxed and homelike atmosphere. From the living area, you have direct access to the terrace, garden, and pool area. The garden is completely enclosed with tropical palm trees, which provides a completely private oasis just for you.
