Upon enterting the estate your eyes are drawn to the beautiful pathway taking you accross the property over ponds of blue waters, through a lovely courtyard and leading you straight through to pool and outdoor space. Outside is where find the home offers one of the biggest pool on any private property, aside from a hotel and resort pool This is where you can enjoy time with family and friends and really take in the beautiful night sky and listen to the waves in the distance.

Inside the Founders Villa you'll find each room speaks to you, with it's quality and architectural charm. The owners have spared no expense as they really wanted to express the luxury and quality of the villa with the interior design, the elemental choices in color and the beauty of the resort style linens and towels that are part of luxury and hospitality aspect of this home. The rooms flow seamlessly one into another, creating a very nice feeling as you pass through. There is a beautiful large staff kitchen, so that each meal can be prepared easily and delivered to your dining area, where you will find plenty of dining space. This home is one of the only homes featuring multiple dining tables, so that no one is left out and everyone is included in meal-time. There is also a private bar area where you Butler can assist in making drinks and help deliver that "5 Star" feeling.

There are wonderful television viewing areas and sitting areas throughout the property. The house has a large formal sitting area and then a lovely media area where kids can watch their favorite shows while you enjoy having your morning cup of coffee. The spaces are flooded with natural light so you always feel you are at one with the natural world around you. The house features 11 beautifully designed bedrooms, each with their own bath. The rooms are designer decorated and each feature ceiling fans and so much livable space. You won't feel cramped in any of these spaces as both the bedrooms and bathrooms are very large and welcoming. Many of the private suites have soaking tubs or showers, each one is uniquely designed and you'll find lots of great plush towels and toiletries at your disposal. Many of the suites have large flat screen televisions and sitting areas, which make for any even better retreat. Once you stay at the estate you will really get to see why it's considered one of the "best" on the island.

The house also features a gym for those who want to workout while in town. We understand that in this day and age keeping healthy and enjoying a healthy lifestyle is part of what keeps families active for years to come. As well as the gym we have very large pool where you can enjoy doing laps or teaching the kids to swim on our shallow end. This really will be one of the most incredible parts of the stay, as there are very few people who get to experience this level of luxury and this size of pool on their private property. If you like the beach we have golf carts you can rent nearby and have delivered, our concierge will take care of that. You can then jump onto the golf cart and be at Eden Rock Beach Club in minutes.
