CUSTOM-DESIGNED INTERIOR

Inside, a local designer created a classic and subtle seaside space with custom furnishings, carefully chosen art and soft shades of blue and beige. Cooking at Seabreeze 8 is, well, a breeze, thanks to thoroughly stocked cabinets and a private gas BBQ. A 10-person dining table waits to be filled with good conversation, a bottle of wine, and a dazzling meal prepared with local ingredients from the nearby grocery store. Set the mood with streaming music piped throughout the entire apartment.

A separate media room erases boredom on rainy days with a Smart TV, premium cable package, a collection of DVDs and a PlayStation 4 system with a library of games.

Four luxury bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathrooms, with luxury linens and towels provided. Three bedrooms boast flatscreen TVs with cable.
