Location advantages define Point of View's exceptional appeal. While Grand Cayman spans only 22 miles wide, some guests prefer positioning closer to Georgetown and Seven Mile Beach for day trips. Point of View sits just 10 minutes from George Town, the Airport, and west end beaches. The villa enjoys a sandy beach; however, guests should be mindful this is a marine area with coral reef—wading in water requires hard-soled pool shoes or fins. This is not the perfect barefoot beach for swimming, rather a protected marine environment. Guests can walk west for minimal interaction with others in this residential neighborhood. Driving west towards George Town delivers access to Smith Cove "Barcadere" featuring barefoot swimming and snorkeling. Dart Beach also positions there and opens to the public. For more barefoot swimming on Seven Mile Beach, guests can swim at Governor's Beach, Tiki Beach near the Kimpton, and Cemetery Reef. Point of View features its own dock where guests enjoy excellent snorkeling and kayaking out to the reef.
