This luxurious dining destination offers both casual beachfront and fine dining across two exquisite restaurants, as well as watersports rentals and ferry service to Camana Bay for delightful day trips. Many guests opt for pre-stocking the villa with essentials, while others indulge in in-villa dining experiences arranged by our team, featuring private chefs or family-style meals.

Spanning three levels and 8,000 square feet, Kaia Kamina offers stunning oceanfront living with a private, child-friendly beach and gentle Caribbean waters perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, and snorkeling. The beachfront infinity pool with optional pool heat and protected location ensure your privacy and comfort while swimming year-round. The elevated pool and spa areas provide incredible sunset views during cocktail hour, with heated pool and spa available seasonally (November 15 to April 15, $75/day).
