Welcome to Evolution, a luxury vacation rental oceanfront paradise with picture-perfect views of Grand Cayman's south coast with wonderful sandy beach. Located mid-island, our guests are only 20-25 minutes away from the airport and Seven Mile Beach, the same distance to Rum Point, and 20 minutes to the best kite-boarding, wind-surfing, and scuba diving in East End. Evolution was specifically designed to offer 7 large bedroom suites and a massive vaulted great room, all on one floor and each with direct oceanfront views with walk-out access to the oceanfront pool and spa. This is a great entertaining villa for hosting a large group of adults.

There is only one way to design such a villa... so Evolution is quite wide at 165+ feet. Evolution is situated on over 250′ of sandy beach, adjacent to Bodden Town's famous cemetery beach (quiet neighbors). Wander the secluded shoreline and discover what it’s like to have the beach almost to yourself, or rub elbows with islanders at local spots like the Czech-Inn Grill, South Coast, or Grape Tree Café. Choose from two king-bed master suites, four queen-bed suites, and a slumber party haven that can sleep 8 with two sets of full-over-full bunks and an X-Box One gaming station.

For local culture, take your pick between Rum Point, Cayman Kai or the East End (15-25 minutes away). All three offer postcard Caribbean beauty, charming beach bars and, of course, fresh seafood. Bring your towel to the coral sands at Seven Mile Beach – just a half hour away. Or catch sight of vibrant blooms and native wildlife at the nearby Queen Elizabeth II Botanical Park. Charming local art studios and gift shops dot the main road along with local vendors selling fresh fruit, jerk chicken and the day’s fresh catch.

A few minutes away, The Lighthouse Restaurant’s upscale menu of fresh seafood and Italian cuisine pleases all tastes (and ages). Or opt for a family dinner in your ocean-view dining area, perhaps prepared by one of our recommended personal chefs.
