Evolution was specifically designed to offer seven large bedroom suites and a massive vaulted great room, all on one floor and each with direct oceanfront views with walk-out access to the pool and spa. This is a great entertaining villa for hosting a large group.

There is only one way to design such a villa... so Evolution is quite wide at 165+ feet. Evolution is situated on over 250 feet of sandy beach, adjacent to Bodden Town's cemetery beach. Choose from two primary suites, four queen suites, and a slumber party suite that sleeps 8 across two sets of full-over-full bunks and an Xbox One gaming console. Mid-week light housekeeping is included for all 7-day stays.

The oceanfront great room features vaulted ceilings and stunning ocean views with contemporary sectional sofa, modern decor, plus large cable television and Sonos home audio system. The formal dining table seats 12 guests while the kitchen island seats another 7. Multiple outdoor dining tables and lounge areas provide ample space for entertaining. The modern kitchen with high-end appliances includes a full complement of dishware, cookware, cutlery, and small appliances.

At Evolution, you will find a harmonious blend of luxury, privacy, and convenience, complemented by an elevated pool deck with infinity pool and heated spa, all supported by attentive on-island hospitality. Wander the secluded shoreline and discover what it's like to have the beach almost to yourself, or rub elbows with islanders at local spots like the Czech-Inn Grill, South Coast, or Grape Tree Café.
