The sleeping arrangements accommodate 7 guests total with East Suite on upper level featuring king bed, waterfront views, wall-mounted cable TV, walk-out access to shared screened balcony, and ensuite bath with double vanity, shower, and bathtub. West Suite on upper level offers king bed, waterfront views, wall-mounted cable TV, walk-out access to shared screened balcony, and ensuite bath with tub shower combo. Twin Bedroom on lower level provides two twin beds with extra single trundle bed, dresser, and wall-mounted SmartTV plus shares an adjacent hall bath with shower.

A new freshwater pool with submerged ledge loungers has been installed steps off the wide private beachfront perfect for sunbathers. The expansive pool deck overlooks the waterfront and comes complete with outdoor sofa seating and reclining chaise lounges. Facing due west, the stunning water views continue into the evening with amazing sunset vistas perfect for island happy hours. A new palm-fringed circular driveway welcomes you to your sunny island abode. Upon entering the villa, your eyes will be drawn through the wall of sliding glass doors to the water views beyond the screened veranda and pool deck. The spacious open-concept great room links the living area, dining area, and kitchen with breakfast counter seating. Sliding glass doors provide seamless indoor/outdoor living allowing you to open the great room to the home's full-width screened veranda. Restoration Hardware furniture and decor have been used throughout the villa giving it an elegant and contemporary feel.

S'Kai Fall has 2 bedrooms upstairs each with en-suite baths, water views, and walk-out access to a shared screened veranda perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while checking emails. The third bedroom on the lower-level shares a hall bathroom and is ideal for younger guests. The Cayman Kai Cove is home to the island's famous Bioluminescent Bay. Kayaks and paddleboards are available for rent where guests can launch off the villa's private beachfront on a moonless night to explore the glowing waters of Bio Bay. The cove water is shallow with a soft bottom, so recreational swimming and snorkeling are best enjoyed at the Rum Point Club just a 5-minute walk north where you will also find watersport activities from wave running to guided dives, plus a restaurant, beach bar and grill, and a gift shop. Combined with its central location on the Cayman Kai peninsula, walkable to water activities, family-friendly restaurants, and laid-back beach bars, this island getaway is sure to become a guest favorite.

The property positions 9.4 miles from Grand Cayman Villas and Condos Welcome Center and 26.2 miles with 51-minute drive from Owen Roberts Airport. The 15-minute walk to Rum Point Beach provides access to the island's most popular public beach club while the 10-minute walk to Kaibo Beach Bar & Grill offers casual waterfront dining. Starfish Point sits 1.0 miles south for shallow-water starfish encounters while Chisholm's Grocery is 5.0 miles away for provisioning. The Cayman Crystal Caves are 7.4 miles east for underground exploration adventures. All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high water mark. The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use. Beaches in Grand Cayman may experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally where sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency over the years during the summer. Owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival.
