The area is known for its laid-back Caribbean atmosphere, calm reef-protected waters, and easy access to destinations such as Rum Point, Kaibo, Starfish Point, Bioluminescent Bay, and the Cayman Crystal Caves. This side of the island is particularly appealing for travelers looking to enjoy snorkeling, kayaking, beach dining, and peaceful oceanfront surroundings in a more private setting.

Designed with a modern coastal aesthetic, the villa features bright open-concept interiors framed by floor-to-ceiling glass doors that maximize the spectacular ocean views and natural light throughout the home. The spacious living and dining areas flow seamlessly into the gourmet kitchen, creating an inviting environment for spending time together after a day by the sea. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, double ovens, wine cooler, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, and generous seating areas, making it ideal for both casual breakfasts and evening dinners overlooking the Caribbean waters.

Coastal Charm accommodates up to 9 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults, across three thoughtfully designed bedroom suites and an additional sleeper sofa suitable for children. ne of the guest bedrooms features a twin-over-queen bunk bed setup, making the property especially well suited for families traveling with children. Outdoor living is one of the villa’s standout features. Guests can spend their days relaxing beside the private pool with ledge loungers, enjoying alfresco dining under the covered outdoor areas, or stepping directly onto the backyard beach for swimming and snorkeling in the calm reef-protected waters.
