Situated on a peninsula with panoramic views of Kawagama Lake, this charming 8 bedroom, 5 bath cottage + Guesthouse sleeps a total of 24 people! Features 3 separate decks, large dock, pool table, and breathtaking sunsets! Located between the boundaries of the Lake of Bays Municipality and the Algonquin Highland Township, Mccomb Point is a quick 15-minute drive from the village of Dorest or Dwight. For more amenities and tourist attractions, Baysville is a 30-minute drive and 45-minutes to Algonquin Park. Old Mill Marina can also be seen from across the bay and is a quick 5-minute boat ride away for any last minute needs. Not to mention this property is right on a snowmobile trail for holiday entertainment.

This wonderful cottage is situated on a peninsula with lake views from every angle. Outfitted with two separate decks on the west and east sides of the cottage, the main cottage offers multiple spaces to entertain. Guests will especially love the sunset views from the deck off of the dining room. The second deck off of the den, equipped with a dining room table and BBQ, leads to the cottage waterfront. A gradual hill to the shoreline will bring guests to a large dock. The Guesthouse is located approximately 50 meters from the main cottage and includes a private deck that overlooks the water. The property also possesses an outdoor gazebo and firepit for summertime fun!
