Perched atop a beautiful Muskoka landscape, amongst the trees, El Dorado offers panoramic views of the surrounding bay. As you approach the cottage, you will pass by a brand new private sports court that offers up pickle ball and basketball. This beautiful property has 280ft of frontage which provides renters with both comfort and privacy! The open-concept main floor walks out onto a very spacious and sunlit deck, bordered by a glass railing and furnished with 2 lounge chairs, a couch and 2 club chairs. A naturally designed stone stairway lowers you down towards the waterfront. Halfway down the pathway sits a fire pit surrounded by 6 Muskoka chairs, perfect for roasting marshmallows or keeping warm during cool summer nights. Enjoy basking in the all-day-sun on 1 of the 6 Muskoka chairs on the dock. The dock also features one sea-doo slip and deep water off the end - perfect for diving. About 25 yards off the dock sits a floating swimming platform providing an amazing place to swim and enjoy the lake.

Open-concept kitchen boasting high-end, stainless steel appliances, double-sided fridge, and large island with 4 stools. Open-concept dining room with a beautiful custom wooden dining table with seating for 10, amazing views and a walkout to the deck. A wood-burning stove separates the kitchen/dining room from the living room. This cozy living room boasts vaulted ceilings and an abundance of windows that flood the room with lake views. Two sofas, a lazy boy and 2 club chairs, surround stunning wooden coffee table across from the gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Spacious Rec Room with a section designated for relaxing with 2 couches and a flat screen TV. And a section for games and entertainment with a bar area/kitchenette with a beverage fridge and dishwasher as well as a darts board and ping-pong/pool table
