The villa is composed of two separate structures, designed with privacy, relaxation, and breezy island living in mind. The main house features a spacious covered veranda that runs the full length of the property, home to the open-air dining area — ideal for enjoying chef-prepared meals while taking in panoramic garden and sea views. Indoors, guests will find a cozy lounge with satellite TV and Wi-Fi, plus a fully equipped kitchen and one air-conditioned ensuite bedroom. A short five-meter walk across the lawn leads to the second building, which houses the villa’s master suite on the upper floor — a peaceful retreat with elevated views and private terrace — along with two additional ensuite bedrooms (one double, one twin) on the ground floor. All four bedrooms across the estate are air-conditioned and include ensuite bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for families or groups of friends.

Below the main villa, on a lower terrace shaded by coconut palms, sits a beautiful infinity pool with plenty of sun loungers for all guests. From here, a private gate leads directly to the bay, just a 15-yard stroll away, where clear turquoise water meets soft golden sand, and surfers catch waves from sunrise to sunset. Blue Heights offers the perfect balance of barefoot beach living and discreet luxury. Your stay includes the services of a house chef and housekeeping staff, night security, and a warm welcome from Timmy, the friendly Dalmatian who calls this paradise home.
