The main level sets the stage with hardwood floors, a cathedral ceiling, and exposed rafters, harmoniously blending elements of Park City's mining heritage with contemporary architectural design. The open flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas fosters connection and camaraderie among family and friends. Gather in the living area by the impressive stone fireplace or settle in for movie night on the 55” TV. The well-equipped chef’s kitchen features ample counter space and high-end appliances, including a wine cooler and a Wolf 6-burner gas range. Enjoy après-ski drinks at the stylish bar-height table for 8 and relish lively dinners at the elegant dining table that seats 8. Step out onto the attached balcony with a grill to savor the crisp alpine air.

Accessible by stairs or elevator, the second floor hosts a family-friendly guest bedroom featuring a king bed, a cozy fireplace, and a wet bar. This bedroom also connects to an additional sleeping area with 2 twin beds and outside access. Two more guest bedrooms on this level include another king bed and a room with 2 twin beds. On the third floor, discover the exquisite primary bedroom complete with a king bed, a sitting area, a fireplace, a private bathroom, a TV, and a lovely porch. Enjoy the private hot tub on the patio, accessible via an outdoor staircase at all levels. A convenient laundry room is available for those staying longer.

With a spacious 3-car garage, exploring the stunning surroundings is effortless. For easy ski access, simply exit onto Woodside Avenue, turn left onto 8th Street to Park Avenue, cross the street, and follow the bridge to the Town Lift Plaza and ticket office. To return from the top of the Payday Express, take the Payday Run to Quit ‘N Time Run.
