Its multi-level layout provides several inviting places to gather or relax, while contemporary interiors, five full bathrooms and thoughtfully arranged bedrooms make longer stays and multigenerational vacations feel effortless.

The main floor forms the social heart of the home. An expansive open-concept layout connects the gourmet kitchen with a welcoming family room, allowing everyone to remain part of the conversation while meals are prepared. Modern finishes and comfortable furnishings create a polished yet relaxed atmosphere, equally suited to slow mornings, après-ski drinks and evenings spent together after exploring Park City. Just beyond the main living space, a generous outdoor deck extends the experience into the fresh mountain air. Two separate seating areas provide room for the group to spread out, while a fire pit creates a cozy setting for cooler evenings. A dining table and grill make outdoor meals easy to arrange, all accompanied by views of the surrounding mountains.

The middle floor introduces another family area with a wet bar, offering a separate setting for cocktails, conversation or quieter moments away from the main gathering space. Also located on this level, the luxurious primary suite serves as a private retreat within the home. It features a king-size bed, television and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom.
