The main living area is located on the second floor, featuring plush leather furnishings surrounding a wood-burning fireplace and a Smart TV. The gourmet kitchen offers high-end appliances and a gas range, making it easy to prepare delicious meals to share at the 10-person dining table, which is set before another cozy wood-burning fireplace. Additional seating for four is available at the bar. A Sonos audio system streams music throughout the home, enhancing the ambiance. Step outside onto the spacious deck with a gas grill, hot tub, firepit, and ample seating—all with spectacular views of the Spanish Peaks.

When it’s time to rest, there are two guest bedrooms: one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. The primary bedroom features a king bed and direct access to the deck, providing a perfect retreat. Downstairs, discover two additional living spaces with Smart TVs—one with a game table and wet bar, and another with a spacious sectional sofa, ideal for relaxing or entertaining.
