Residence is beautifully crafted, nicely appointed, and in immaculate condition.  Includes 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms.  There are 2 large multi-room Master Bedroom suites (Lower and Upper) – each with wonderful views, a fireplace, private outdoor terrace, soaring vaulted ceiling, large walk-in closets, and a full custom bath.  The Lower Lever Master Bedroom suite also offers an adjacent room which serves a nursery, if needed.  There are 3 additional bedrooms, each with its own full bath en-suite – perfect for guests or kids.

The residence includes a modern chef’s grade Main Kitchen with a full complement of stainless steel appliances and large granite workspaces.  There is a large two-room Butlers Pantry, and a sun-filled Breakfast Room with sweeping views of the Sound.

The residence includes a full laundry centre with washer, dryer, built-in ironing board, and outdoor shower.  Beach necessities include: beach chairs, toys, towels, etc.  It is also equipped with HD cable TV with On-Demand movies and sports, hi-speed broadband internet, fax machine, desktop flat-panel computer and laser printer.
