Walk to Ketchum’s lively shopping districts, restaurants, nightlife and year-round entertainment, with the free ski shuttle to Sun Valley just steps outside your door. As an added bonus, this property includes two rooftop hot tubs, rooftop picnic area with gas grill and a full gym with sauna. Plus, underground parking in a designated spot for one car.

This third-floor, two-level condo features sweeping views of Bald Mountain from floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, a private deck with a BBQ grill, outdoor furniture for al fresco dining and sun-soaking, and vaulted ceilings on the upper level. The living room, styled in modern mountain decor with mid-century-inspired accents, opens onto the deck from sliding glass doors, flooding the condo with sunlight. A soft gray sofa, accented by colorful throw pillows, and two leather club chairs with white fur pillows frame a wood-and-glass coffee table, while a pale green accent chair and two fur cube ottomans provide additional seats to gather and relax. The fully-stocked gourmet kitchen boasts commercial-grade appliances, granite countertops and plenty of room for more than one chef, allowing for home-cooked meals after a day of playing outside. Next to the kitchen and dining area is one of two master suites, making Chilali #25 an ideal condo for multiple families. Styled in classic white decor, this room features a king-sized bed, picture windows with mountain views, and an en-suite bath. Downstairs is the second master, which features a king-sized bed, picture windows with mountain views, a writer’s desk and walk-in closet with a luxurious en-suite bath, including a jetted-tub and separate shower.

The third bedroom, also located on the lower level, has a king-sized bed, mountain views and a writer’s desk. This bedroom has a bathroom in the hallway just outside the door, which is shared by the fourth bedroom -- a kid-friendly room featuring four sets of twin bunk beds. The lower level also features a family-friendly theater room with classic ski and film decor, celebrating Sun Valley’s place as the go-to resort in Hollywood’s heyday. A comfy wrap-around sofa and three kid-sized bean bag chairs invite guests to make popcorn and hot cocoa, and unwind in front of the large flat-screen TV.

The Chilali condo complex is located less than a mile from Sun Valley’s River Run lodge and just a short walk to the free shuttle.
