Villa Azul is a beautifully restored historic vacation home nestled in the peaceful Grandview Heights Historic District within the West Palm Beach Arts & Entertainment District adjacent to downtown.

The property is located just a few blocks from The Intracoastal Waterway and a short leisurely walk to the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. Villa Azul convenient location allows you to fully immerse yourself in the art, shopping, restaurants, recreational activities, museums, events, night life and exclusivity that West Palm Beach has to offer.

The top floor of Villa Azul contains the master bedroom. A comfortable king size bed and newly renovated bathroom, complete with vintage bathtub and gorgeous shower await you. Through the master bathroom you will find a walk-in closet conveniently tucked away. A cozy family room furnished with a couch, chairs and cable TV complete the second floor. Dual french doors open up to reveal a large deck overlooking the professionally landscaped yard and private pool (with lounge chairs).

The ground floor contains the second bedroom, furnished with a king size bed. There is an attached walk in closet as well as an additional laundry room, complete with washer/dryer. A full bathroom (detached from second bedroom) and a fully equipped kitchen and small dining also overlooking the pool area. The property also features an outdoor living/dining area (with a view towards the pool).

Villa Azul is located in the Grandview Heights Historic District within the West Palm Beach Arts & Entertainment District adjacent to downtown. The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, Norton Museum of Art and the rejuvenated downtown area of CityPlace, with its pedestrian zone of restaurants, shops and boutiques are all within 15 minutes walking distance. The nearest beaches are a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute bike ride (Casa Blanca provides complimentary access to bicycles)
