It is courtyard home, located on a private cul-de-sac, features a large living area with great room and family room. It has southern exposure. You just walk in and feel like in heaven - an interior designer furnished and decorated this home to the highest standard. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped. Next to the kitchen you have a large dining table.

The huge master bedroom has a king size bed, large TV, bathroom with jacuzzi bath/shower. You have also your own gym for your daily work out. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom is in a separate guest quarter and has a queen size bedroom, with TV and adjoining bath. In case you would need to work there is an office which has also a pull out sofa. The pool and spa are electric heated. Plenty of pool furniture and a BBQ grill are offered. Enjoy all the amenities of the Burnt Store Marina as boating, golfing, club house, gym and tennis courts. Wireless high speed internet access for your convenience. Golf cart can be used without any surcharge.

The actual marina offers dockage for a large vessel with deep draft channel to Charlotte Harbor and direct navigation to the Gulf of Mexico, the ICW, Boca Grande and the other barrier islands. Dockage is minutes from your doorstep and is operated independently from the HOA so you pay for marina space only if and when you use it.
