This luxurious newly built villa offers you an awesome view up several miles of river. The Villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and is on the River near the Yacht Club which has its own beach. There are 2 master bedroom suites with adjoining bathrooms on separate upstairs wings with balconies and fantastic views. The 3rd bedroom has a king size bed, the 4th has bunk beds and the 5th has two single beds.

The most important part of the house to some people would be the kitchen, which the owners have put much thought into. The gourmet kitchen comes standard with granite counter tops, hard wood cabinets, and eats in area for your convenience. It also comes with all the cutlery and cooking utensils you will need to prepare the meal for your families.

Four televisions with DVD players including huge wide screen TV in living room. The large 40 ft long electric heated swimming pool and spa has color changing fiber optic lights. The boat is a 21 ft centre console boat with 200 HP four stroke outboard engine. The villa offers high speed internet access!
