Welcome to Playa 3 Waterfront, a charming two-story beach house set directly on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico in Marathon, Florida Keys. Designed for up to 6 guests, this inviting waterfront retreat sits in a quiet corner of the resort just steps from both the pool and the beach, offering spectacular water views from both levels through French doors that open to spacious porches on each floor.
The villa accommodates up to 6 guests across three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is the master suite featuring a king size bed, private balcony with Gulf views, and a 27-inch television. Bedroom 2 offers a queen size bed and 20-inch television. Bedroom 3 provides two twin beds. The villa includes 2.5 bathrooms ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
The first floor features an open living and dining area with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining table for six, and a living room with a 42-inch flat screen TV with DVD/CD player and premium cable. Whimsical painted furniture and locally inspired art give the space a distinctive Florida Keys character. A half bath and full laundry facilities with washer and dryer complete the home. Luxurious bed and bath linens are provided along with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. Please note this is a smoke-free resort.
