Welcome to Playa 3 Water View, a charming two-story beach house set amid lushly landscaped grounds in Marathon, Florida Keys. Designed for up to 6 guests, this inviting retreat is located near the resort's spectacular swimming pools and just a short walk to the beach, with Gulf of Mexico water views from the second-floor balcony and French doors on both levels opening to spacious porches.

The villa accommodates up to 6 guests across three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is the master suite featuring a king size bed, private second-floor balcony with water views, and a 27-inch television. Bedroom 2 offers a queen size bed and 20-inch television. Bedroom 3 provides two twin beds. The villa includes 2.5 bathrooms ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

The first floor features an open living and dining area with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining table for six, and a living room with a 42-inch flat screen TV with DVD/CD player and premium cable. Whimsical painted furniture and locally inspired art give the space a distinctive Florida Keys character. A half bath is conveniently located on the first floor. Bedrooms and laundry facilities with washer and dryer are upstairs. Luxurious bed and bath linens are provided along with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. Please note this is a property-wide smoke-free resort.
