Historic District Cottage in in one of the quietest streets of the Grandview Heights Historic District, this charming cottage 1204 square feet has been meticulously restored and updated. The main house features 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, a spacious living/dining room, den/office, a deluxe kitchen, laundry facilities, a charming outside dining terrace and a newly constructed, heated pool. Each bedroom contains a queen bed, cable tv and a closet. The pool is shared with another 1 bedroom unit located on the same property. Pool heat is optional.

Historic District Cottage shares the property with another, fully detached 1 bedroom cabana. Both units can be booked together to form a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom compound.

Our beaches are open all year with a daytime average of 75 degrees in January, roughly the same temperature as the water.
