Charming Piña was built on a former pineapple plantation in 1923. This is why the charming vacation home was named after the pineapple, the fruit also being a symbol of hospitality.

The entire house has been restored with much love and attention to its original details, such as the 90 year old hard wood floors and completely new furnishings. The 1153 square feet cottage is located in the quiet historic "Grandview Heights" district in West Palm Beach, only a 10 minute walk from the attractive downtown area "CityPlace", with its market square, restaurants, theaters, cafes, night clubs and plenty of stores. The closest beach is an 8 minute drive by car, less than 15 minutes by bike. Pool heat is optional.

Situated at the Eastern most point of the Florida peninsula on the edge of the Gulf Stream as it flows out of the Caribbean, the Palm Beach area offers some of the most pristine beaches with the warmest and clearest turquoise water in the entire state. Our beaches are open all year with a daytime average of 75 degrees in January, roughly the same temperature as the water. Whether your beach outing is for your family with water sports or for a scheduled get away, with 47 miles of beaches to choose from, there is a beach for every taste.
